What types of fitness training do you offer?

OPUS is a Power Plate® studio. Although we do offer the TRX®, ViPR® and Clubbell® exercise systems, they are all in conjunction with the Power Plate.

What facilities do you offer?

We provide changing rooms, lockers, towels, socks and water. We do not have any showering facilities.

What are the class sizes and how long is each session?

Classes are a maximum of 3 people. If you wish to have a private lesson, we will do our best to accommodate you.
A session is 40 minutes total. This allows for approx. 30 minutes of working out and a few minutes for changing.

How do I book a session?

Currently, we only accept bookings via email, phone or in person. We are in the process of setting up an online reservation system.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by cash, EPS or cheque. We do not accept any credit cards.

What are your opening hours?

Mondays to Thursdays: 10:15am - 8:30pm
Fridays: Closed
Saturdays: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Sundays: 2:30pm - 5:00pm
